This whole thing is absolutely ridiculous! The app crashes constantly, you load money on the card but some purchases get declined and very few actually go through, customer service is a joke and not a good one!! The whole experience has been stressful, frustrating and wayyyyy too time consuming!! It is horrible and I will NEVER waste my time or money on this BS again 😒

The worst thing I have experienced! There is no way to get help in real ENGLISH. And I can't close the account because $.25 can't be processed in any store. No one knows what can be done. They keep repeating the same sh... "Use the $.25 so the account can be close." I got this card to help a family member who was away. It is not needed anymore.

This card and banking option are a scam. I have yet to receive my permanent card even though it has been over a month since I ordered it. The foreign and absolutely useless. They hose and close every single caller and don't understand basic requests. They can't process anything efficiently. They are constantly locking my card and not sending my permanent card. DO NOT EVER USE THIS PRODUCT!!!! I will be switching my direct deposit asap.... again.
