inCust LoginPad is a customer self-help app, that lets you speed up serving the customer on checkout and making the process more secure by letting customers identify themselves. To identify a customer needs to either enter his phone number and the PIN code, sent to this phone number via SMS, or scan the virtual card (the QR code displayed by the smartphone or smartwatch app) or plastic card. Optionally the app lets customers to rate the service. LoginPad is a supplementary app, for use together with third-party POS systems and cash registers. The app is installed on the tablet, which is mounted on checkout with the screen facing customers. inCust LoginPad is installed after your business has started the loyalty program based on inCust service.
