סיפורי חסידים יומי‎

בהקדמה לספרו "סיפורי חסידים", תיאר הרב שלמה יוסף זווין כמה מגמות אפשריות בסיפורי חסידים. חלקן חינוכיות, כמו בירור נקודה על ידי מתן פרשנות מחודשת לפסוקים ומאמרי חז"ל, להראות את יד ה' המתגלה בעולם באופן ניסי באמצעות הצדיק ולבטא מגמה מוסרית של עשיית צדק בעולם, וחלקן פולקלוריסטיות, ונועדו להמחיש את חכמת החיים והפקחות של גיבור הסיפור, או לתאר את האווירה ואורח החיים של התקופה.
