This is a great app. Great service great timing and best customer service. Even if the restaurant declines the order or is late, they always solve the problem. The customer care team is best in market. I've faced many incidents where the restaurant declines the order. They always order it from other place (after suggesting best options available) and bear the extra charges. I just love ordering from foodpanda.
App asks for phone number while first time checkout. When number is given it keeps throwing last name cannot be empty. There is no name field in the form. Also they have different apps for different countries. I wasn't able to order in Malaysia when I had installed the app in India. Neither is the error message intuitive.
Yesterday i ordered for the first time from foodpanda. I dint got order for 3 hours...after reaching the team 5 times they said your money will be refunded and you will get complimentary order. Dint got anything. Pathetic service. Worst app. Please use Zomato - they are way more professional than foodpanda. foodpanda sucks
Very bad app. Ordered for mono at 1918hrs. This order was placed at express service i.e. delivery in 45 mins or free. When could not deliver in 45mins they cxld the order saying momo were not available. I feel it's shame to quote such services when food panda is unable to deliever.
Its too good...everythinh is good..i only have one concern , i know we have many delivery opportunities luke। Swiggy fasos but still i prefer it..but the one thing i want to say.. Regarding the daily or the weekend vouchers..i have seen it sometimes I dont get it but some of my other friends do..foodpanda should have a look on it ..i guess ..i am not that regular..but in a month i order minimum of 5 - 6 times..pkease look on it
Horrible Horrible Horrible.. Order here only if you can wait for your food more than your life.. How it feels when after waiting 1 hour for your food, someone asked for another 30 mins and then refuses to deliver.. And the joke is customer service person said... Pls order again..we will TRY to complete your order this time..means again 1 hr...and so on.. Anyone can be associated with Foodpanda..Zero professionalism.. A BIG #NO for #Foodpanda. #Shame#Shame#Shame
