Ratings and reviews

I had some technical issues with uploading photographs to the app. I emailed the tech department and Dee responded very quickly requesting information of my operating system. In the meantime they sent me a code to purchase another copy of the app so I could continue to work. I have just received an update which has fixed the original technical issue. Great customer service, thank you.

App works fine, and saves a lot of time. I would however like to be able to have more than one photograph on one snag if the situation requires more detail. And more space for text where the work is described.

This application does differ from others available outhere. There is continual support and newer features are provided in every update so far. The PDF report generator is certainly the fastest that I have come across without error.
