One Star (because zero isn’t an option) IIFL is supposed to be a full-service broker, but their service feels completely third-class. Their customer support is horrible they've put an AI tool in place that doesn’t solve real issues, and you can’t even connect with a human executive directly. The app is full of glitches and crashes often, making it very frustrating to use. For a full-service broker, the experience is seriously disappointing. Not recommended at all.

I couldn't place order on iifl market app it is asking to upgrade but when I click on upgrade it redirected to a non secured link and asked to download apk file.Please advise it is safe to download.I have clearly mentioned you are redirecting to a non secured link.APK files are usually full of risk you can place your app on play store or your link should be secured ( https) hope you will understand the risk.

you need to improve ui experience as market snapshot are like very hidden and not easy to acces and mutual funds also so try to keep all options on front page like angelone motilal otherwise good app for Investing because iifl is full service broker so we get recommendations for short term and longterm. and update charts also because only 5 years chart I can see on iifl app
