Ratings and reviews

Not intuitive at all, I just wanted to look at a few things and I got constant messages from people from India asking me what I wanted etc. I couldn't figure out how to delete the messages, as I didn't want to send any in the first place. It doesn't show verified sellers as it states, and every time I attempted yo click on an item, I stated getting messages from Sellars. What an awful app.

Great place to get stuff you really need for great prices. some of the sellers can kind of be a little bit aggressive when it comes to selling you stuff which I don't care for. I also have a hearing issue so I can't take many phone calls without my TDY and some of the sellers can understand that I know there may be a language barrier but I tried to translate it. My transactions I have made have went early smoothly

There is no option to collect customer reviews in the mobile app. This makes the app less useful because most businesses use mobile phones instead of laptops or PCs. For people who manage their business remotely, the mobile app is very important. Please add the customer review option to the mobile app. In the chat list, only the company name is shown. The customer name is visible only after opening the chat. This creates confusion, especially when different team members are handling chats.
