I've been at IMCU for several years. I've had excellent service at every turn. I've had loans, checking and savings accounts, and a very-low interest Visa card. Royal service at the different branches of visited has always been great, they also have an excellent app which makes paying bills very easy. Highly recommend.

The mobile app authentification isn't working at all. it won't send me a token to login. I try to reset my password, it says to enter another code to login which it never actually sends. I try to call the member help number to resolve this issue, and they are closed. What are you even supposed to do at this point. I can't use the "phone access method" either because then you need your account number, which I don't know offhand. I'm close to just switching banks.

Online banking is cumbersome and frustrating in this app. The new device verification doesn't work at all. The log in attempt times out before the verification completes. When I make changes to my account, sometimes I have to log out then log back in to refresh the app and see those changes. My transactions I complete sometimes get flagged as possible fraudulent, and when I attempt to verify within the app, it fails and can't complete the verification. These are more, but I've run out of space
