App purpose is good but response from officials is very bad. I got a message that one official is assigned but I don't see any action taken till now and I don't get any updates as well. Let the app not be created just for it's presence. It has to fulfill it's objective which is very important.
My complaint for stray dogs is open from Nov 2016. Only update repeatedly is "Informed Mallappa". Guess no one checks the app other than ccadmin. Lots of work needs to be done to make the app usable. To name a few 1. There has to be an escalation matrix. 2. An option to follow up has to be added. 3.Automatic escalation for unresolved complaints should be there. 4.Option to share the complaint over social media can be added.
Intent is good but the response time of bureaucrats who get assigned these issues is very poor. For my only complaint marked resolved, a shoddy work was done to close the complaint. Unless the creators of the app are also monitoring the outcome it is useless. Also there should be an option to rate the outcome.
we must also get call from concerned official when our complaint is lodged untill the complaint is closed. If complaint is not closed within 2 months commissioner should initiate action against concerned official. a wriiten statement must be obtained for having closed the complaint from the complainant.
One of worst app from BBMP. Zero response from the assigned person. I recommend not to waste your precious time by registering complaint here. I had raised several complaints here, and after several follow-up from my end they will assign the work to the concerned bbmp officers, but they will close the complaint by changing the status of the complaint to 'resolved' after few days, without even solving the issue.
