If you borrow IDR 9,000,000, with 9 month installments, the following is a payment simulation:
• Amount of money borrowed: IDR 9,000,000
• Provision fees: 19%*Rp. 9,000,000 = Rp. 1,710,000
• Loan principal = IDR 10,710,000 (IDR 9,000,000 + IDR 1,710,000)
• Total Interest (Total Loan - Amount of money borrowed - provision fees): IDR 3,856,500 (IDR 14,566,500 - IDR 9,000,000 - IDR 1,710,000)
• By calculating the annuity interest, you get monthly installments of (Rp. 10,710,000 * 4%)/(1-(1+4%)^-9 months = Rp. 1,618,500
• Total loan to be paid (monthly installments * tenor): Rp. 14,566,500 (Rp. 1,618,500 * 9 months)
