3 days before due date debt collector already email, whats app, text messaging, with threathening messages. not recommended app.

I have paid the loan bill. i have the payment receipt that i sent them. yet they keep contacting me via whatsapp saying the payment hasnt come in

My biggest complain is the debt collector is trying to force me to pay way before due date. The user basically still have time until the due date, but they said that they will automatically call me every 10-15 minutes if I failed to pay, even before due date. It's basically abuse.
