there is no way to communicate with the customer service agent. I tried so hard. now I don't think I will use or recommend their service to anyone anymore.

The app is very buggy. Examples: - Images in the Perks section fail to display most of the time, and if they do, they are flickering. - Even though I have a swyp membership registered under my account, the landing (Usage) page says that I do not have a swyp membership. - The app crashes every now and then. - The whole UI experience of "swyping" here and there is SO CONFUSING! It's also sometimes laggy. I encounter bugs almost every time, and I keep contacting support to fix them, until I gave up on it. Whoever is developing the app desperately needs to learn how to do a proper app development.

We used to listen to the songs of our liking by applying a music package. You guys have closed the music package. You have taken our ideas These people play with our emotions. They have removed the music package from the app
