Wonderful app! I have chronic depression, generalized anxiety disorder, and an emotional disorder. This app is super helpful seeing how I handle events during the day, and figuring out what I can do to help myself. It's very simple and nicely customizable, I highly recommend it!
Love It Love this all because of the way it is easy to journal and exuded on my moods. I love the reminder about What I am feeling. I just wish that I could set alarms for a few things. I find myself keeping up and recording my moods than I ever have before. I am even ale to do so while I am working which is really nice. Being able to journal why it is happening or thoughts that change my mood is excellent. Very good app and hat's off to y'all.
Amazing! !! Just being aware of why and when I become moody has helped so much! Food is Big factor. I also enjoy the reminders on here. Just smart. This is a smart application to own if you're trying to understand how to grow and become more joyful. Thank you so very much for this!!!!!
Very good for daily mood swings, graphs are not so intuitive but I do not use them I don't use the fancy features such as the sine wave graph showing your moves during the day from an overview, and it allows me to do what I want to do the most, watch changes in my moods due to a serotonin deficiency. It works exceedingly well for that, and it lets you change mood swing data in retrospect if you want. Overall an excellent logging application... I was able to isolate and confirm mood influence to be mostly due to serotonin and not to hypoglycemia.
Great quick mood tracker It's great for tracking moods any time during the day, as often as you want. You can make a reminder notification pop up at 9 pm or whenever you want too - which is a great feature for me personally, as I forget to write an entry sometimes. Great for keeping track of depression episodes and good moods too - with the option of writing a journal entry to describe the mood you felt in more detail. I would recommend it to my friends : )
Fantastic mood tracker An easy to use mood tracker that enables me to track down my possible triggers for my depressive episodes with the use of hashtags. The app has nice, non intrusive reminder to remind me to record my mood, and also plots my mood graph so that it's easier for me to see how my mood varies throughout the day.
