Helps me keep in check I have bipolar two and just stopping a few times each day and assessing mood them changing or planning activity of need to is very useful. Like to build up picture over time too. Easy way to see what things have an impact on psychology
Wonderful app! I have chronic depression, generalized anxiety disorder, and an emotional disorder. This app is super helpful seeing how I handle events during the day, and figuring out what I can do to help myself. It's very simple and nicely customizable, I highly recommend it!
I luv this app My 2nd recommended this app to follow my moods. Sometimes I feel sad but then I take a goofy picture and make myself smile. This also makes a good diary.
Good and getting better Very helpful app. I love the easy backup to Dropbox option that helps me track on multiple devices. Improvements have also been made since I started using such as allowing scale colors to be changed. This is currently a tedious task but still a good addition. I agree with other reviewers that the graph is neat but not too informative. I would love to see a constant slope with mean difference and variance between custom dates, but the app allows .csv export so I could do this on my own. Great work!
Love It Love this all because of the way it is easy to journal and exuded on my moods. I love the reminder about What I am feeling. I just wish that I could set alarms for a few things. I find myself keeping up and recording my moods than I ever have before. I am even ale to do so while I am working which is really nice. Being able to journal why it is happening or thoughts that change my mood is excellent. Very good app and hat's off to y'all.
Easy to use format I really really like this app, its incredibly helpful for tracking moods and journaling. The customization is good but its super very simple and easy to you. That said I wish it had a few more options: like the ability to record suicidal urges or self harm ect when making an entry. Just a 1-5 scale or such you could tick off while making an entry. Also the graphs get less helpful for showing small term trends and mood swings: I'd love the option to adjust the way the graph presents itself.
