Horrible, ear-piercing notification sound that CANNOT be overridden by Android. No matter how many times I change the notification sound, this app ignores my choice and uses their own. Beyond that, it almost doesn't matter how well the app works out doesn't. It's infuriating. FIX THIS, PLEASE. UPDATE: The developer says that they have not fixed the notification sound problem. Fingers crossed... Added 1 star for now... TBC

The issue with the notifications tone is fixed, we have changed the notification tone to the default tone of the device. This app has never been amazing, but at least it was somewhat functional in the past. I am about to go on a trip and was looking for places I could visit. The app does not show the list by name or location of other member places anymore. What happened? I am very disappointed. As of now, this app is basically useless. How can I find other member places to go see under the reciprocity program? Please help!

Institutions must sign up with MembershipAnywhere to offer digital membership cards to members. Many are joining, so we recommend reaching out to the membership department of any institutions you're part of to inform them about eMembership Card. If your institution is enrolled, please search by its exact name.

Does not recognize my museum even though I typed it exactly as it's written in the instructions. Because it can't find the museum and there are no other prompts or buttons, this app is completely useless. It sounds like a great idea if it worked.
