If you do not find your institution when you open the app, please contact their membership staff to provide you eMembership card facility. eMembership cards can only be downloaded for the institutions who have signed up with MuseumAnywhere to provide you digital cards on smartphones.

I just downloaded this app for a new membership card, and I cannot search for any locations? It says type here, but nothing pulls up in the search. I allowed location access & notifications. Please help!

Doesn't download my card (pressing the button does nothing). Makes it pretty useless for offline use.

very convenient app, I can access my membership instantly and check in process is fast. Highly recommended!
