If you do not find your institution when you open the app, please contact their membership staff to provide you eMembership card facility. eMembership cards can only be downloaded for the institutions who have signed up with MuseumAnywhere to provide you digital cards on smartphones.

Where's my card? The app works great on my iPad; it doesn't work at all on my Android phone - which is what I carry around and want to have my membership cards on! When I click on my membership card, which after many, MANY tries was downloaded, you can't see the card. Very disappointed in the app.

Got my membership in finally using an old member number I found. Old number is not my current membership number. So then 1 time and one time only the app listed my card and I could select it. Now when opening the app it shows no cards and makes me search. I have to search for the aquarium, select it, then select show membership card. What a PITA. Unfortunately pretty lame.

This app has never been amazing, but at least it was somewhat functional in the past. I am about to go on a trip and was looking for places I could visit. The app does not show the list by name or location of other member places anymore. What happened? I am very disappointed. As of now, this app is basically useless. How can I find other member places to go see under the reciprocity program? Please help!
