Another update, Log in issues fixed. FINALLY. However, it opened to old data. I had to refresh it. As others have stated, the app should automatically update. 10 days later and the company has not fixed the problem. I am now receiving notifications, but I cannot access them. I contacted the company a third time and again received a useless replay. I having the same issues using the app on my Android as others have mentioned. The app says I'm logged in but I cannot see any information. I'm stuck in an endless loop. Logging out and/or reinstalling did not fix the problem. I contacted the company by email and received a useless reply. The person seemed unaware of the issue or the reviews that are being posted. The app is now completely useless.
The past 24 hours I haven't been able to refresh the graded assignments. I hit the refresh button and after about 3 minutes of waiting i get a pop up saying they might be having technical issues and if this continues, contact campus portal. Well I go to contact them and it took me 20 minutes to find 3 phone numbers. 1st number goes straight to voicemail, 2nd number is an automated recording that eventually hangs up on you, 3rd number I talk to someone and explain what is happening. She transfers me to the "help desk" which is another automated recording that eventually hangs up on you. In summary I think their customer service is well below average.
