Tamalou is a free application of group messaging and communication between relatives of a frail person, with functions dedicated to family caregivers’ issues.
Tamalou enable a reduction and a better distribution of the relatives’ mental and material burden:
- Getting easily updated about care receiver’ news, his medical agenda, his general conditions, and coordinating in proportion to respective capabilities and availabilities.
- Speaking with one voice: interacting on behalf of the care receiver with his administrative and medical environment, in a simple, reliable, and traceable way.
- Classifying information to make them easy to find
Each group contains 4 functions: the conversation, the email box of the care receiver, the shared agenda, the media library.
The conversation :
Enable relatives to easily interact in accordance with their degree of proximity with the care receiver.
The email box of the care receiver:
Enable relatives to effectively distribute and process interactions with the outside world: social security, assistance service and medical staff, everyday services (energy, telephony, delivery follow-up …).
The media library:
Enable centralization and fast access to every document concerning the care receiver.
The shared agenda:
Enable relatives to organize and distribute the responsibility of tasks and events concerning the care receiver.
For each group, there are 4 roles with different rights according to the degree of proximity with the care receiver:
The "administrator" can :
- Add / unsubscribe relatives of the group
- See every message of the conversation
- Access every shared document
- Access every task and event of the agenda
- Access the care receiver’s email box
- Add / unsubscribe auxiliaries of the group
« Relatives » can:
- See every message of the conversation

The « care receiver » can:
- See messages of the conversation in which he is tagged
