So um I've been trying and trying to deposit checks on this app but it never works. Always have to go to the bank... doesn't work on my ipad either. Only reason I have the app...
Please add Bill Pat Memos Regular online banking through the BoA site allows you to add a memo to Bill Payments. When using the App, you can only select the Payee, the pay from account, and the amount. Why not add the Memo field so we can have the same functionality as the site? I will rate the App 5 stars once the Memo field is available when using Bill Pat through the App. Thank you.
Depositing checks doesn't work anymore Pictures can only be taken automatically and the app always rejects the picture. Used to work very well when we were the ones to snap the picture.
Useless for auto loans!!! App is useless for auto loans. All it will do is show your loan balance, NOTHING else. I can't believe a financial institution as big as BoA doesn't have an app to pay your car payment, look at payment history, set up future payments, etc. My small local credit union has offered this and much more since they started their mobile app years and years ago... catch up BoA or I might have to switch. It can't be that hard and if it is you need to hire different application developers because it has been done.
Fingerprint Setup does not work I have a Samsung Galaxy S5. I have installed the app with the update and every time I try to set up the process as soon as confirm and my finger print in recognize, that's as far as the app will go. I have emailed BofA several times regarding this issue and no one had contacted me back. If it wasn't for all the different accounts I have with BofA I would change banks. But I'm still checking into other options.
Can't login I use long password and ID. I keep them in an encrypted password manager. After I copy my ID from the pwd mgr and paste it into BOA, I go back to pwd mgr to get password. When I switch right back into BOA, the ID is erased. TRY IT. Please update this so it works as well as all the other apps that require an ID and password. This promotes short weak passwords and IDs. Please fix this.
