Easy to use, fast, reliable. Transfers take between my accounts take effect immediately (except transferring money to my credit card to make a payment). Saves me time and complications. The only improvement I recommend, is for transfers to the Bank of America credit card to be posted to the account effective as soon as the transfer takes place, instead of a few days later.
Hands down this is the best bank in the world and I love the customer services reps there all great ppl and nice and go out of there way to take care of every thing you ask. Also the branches you can go into in the Dalton, Chattanooga areas there great ppl too and very understanding. The Bank of America app is very user friendly. If you every have to call there claims they take care of you. Although I had my email hacked and couldn't send them very nice customer services reps a review like they ask I wish I could get into that email to do those bad. Sorry you guys send them to the new email and I'll take care of it.
Nice app , I have used it for quite some time. Very convenient. There is a bug or glitch in the debit card activate function. I'd like to request a new one but I see that part of the app is still broken from a few months ago. The link for requesting a new card is dead due to the app not showing the card is activated. I activated over the phone months ago as well as in the app. To no avail it's either broken or disabled ?
Truthfully, I thought the app was going to end up as bad as customer service is. But...I'll admit the app is actually pretty good. Simple, easy to use and places all the main info you NEED right in your face. Also like the fact that if your card happens to get locked, you can just verify a few transactions here on the app (instead of waiting on hold forever) and ding! Card unlocked again
Can't you add view pending payments after submitting for a credit card payment? All other banks have it. You mention all the new features and the most basic is missing. It would be nice to edit a pending payment. Maybe I'm missing something but I don't see it. It should be an easy addition for a huge bank with high fees.
Suddenly you want me to select and answer questions that i will never remember? Makes this app completely unusuable. Your online and android app experience is why i bank at BOA. This doesn't help... edit, no way around these ridiculous questions, good buy boa
