It's insane that I can't set up a payment from the app. - I get a message saying: You're Currently enrolled in Bill Pay Choice, which is not available through Mobile Banking. To make a payment please sign in to the Online Banking Website.
Can't login in app; can on desktop Can no longer login to the app. Email and pm work on desktop with no issue. When I could login still unable to deposit checks due to an arbitrarily imposed limit that cannot be bypassed.
Device not remembered Challenges for secret q & a every time I login. Yes I choose to remember the device every time. Device is Nexus 5x, Android 6
Still no Widget but amazing I like the app but it would be way more convenient if you could set up a way for a widget to just quickly see our balances without having to sign in all the time
Ridiculous with no statement access Every other credit card I have gives me the ability to access statements and show pending and past charges. Add that feature and I'd give it 5 stars. Great for checking balance and making payments, but that's it.
Trouble logging in I have a new device, and I forgot the answers to my challenge question. Can someone send me the link on how to reset them. That really should be part of the help link instead of having to do this through here. I know my online ID and passcode, I just forgot the answers to my questions.
