Good app, they fix the bugs. Up to date, Very easy to use and see all accounts. Easy to transfer and send money. Customers service through the app sometimes works but overall very happy with the app. One thing I would add is be able to lock credits card just like you do with debt card. Very disappointed when you can't lock your visa or mastercard. When it's been stolon.

Edit: increasing my rating to 4 stars because they fixed the issues. I just wish the app was more user friendly. I have a very hard time figuring where to go for auto pay, scheduled payments, etc. I never used to have these issues. Ever since the latest two updates, I haven't been able to look at my rewards or deals anymore. It's always just a blank screen. Please fix this so I can change my review to 5 stars! 5 months later and still no fix.

Hi Lianna, Please try this, Delete the app. Go to your phone settings, scroll down and select apps, tap Google play Services, tap storage, clear cache. Go back to settings. Tap Google Play Store, storage, and clear data. Reboot your phone, then reinstall the app. Let me know if the issue still persists. Thanks -Ashlyn

Easy-to-use software that allows users to access the functions needed. The perfect feature for busy people that I like especially is the one that displays the account balance without having to log into the account. No other Bank seems to offer that. All the features are easy to use for setting up & making bill payments, mobile deposits, credit card payments, etc. I love the Fico Score feature with tips.

We're always making improvements, so turn on automatic app updates to get the latest. Go to Google Play Store > Menu > Settings > Auto-update apps, and set your preference.
