Edit: Over time, things have gotten much better. Not sure if the app has gotten better, or if I have gotten better using it. Regardless, I am pleased with the app now. Trying to pay on account, had several obstacles. The set up account instructions doesn't work. It just keeps looping around to the same point. Printing statements says it completed the download, yet nothing in my download folder. Very frustrating experience.

On my all of my Samsung androids; this app is great. It allows you to do most things you can do on the computer. You can check your balance, deposit checks, view transactions download statements, manage bill pay, manage alerts and transfer money, send money. It even allows you to log in with your finger print and more. It's easy to use. HOWEVER once you leave main page with account balances, I haven't figured out how to return to main page. Lose 1 star.

App is terrible. AI Erika is useless. Can't set up credit card payments to be paid off monthly. Good Luck trying to dispute a credit card transaction. Tells you that you need to call, then gives you a phone # and you hold for 30 minutes and they tell you that it can only be done in the app. Tried again same thing you must call. Nope!
