A good mobile service app to have. HOWEVER, not everyone has 20/20 vision or zooming eyeballs. Your " Deals" section has such small print. It is difficult to view each of the merchants listed. B4 u know it, you have to tap in to each icon which is an automatic acceptance of that merchant's offer. There's no way to zoom in to see which merchant is making the offer. Frustrating! Ps. Zelle has come in handy. Easy to use to transfer funds. Your credits & deposit alerts have also been very useful.

Hello Rudy, Thanks for your feedback! You can remove the Erica icon from your experience. Go to Menu, Profile& Settings, scroll down to Erica Virtual Assistant, once selected turn off the "Show Erica icon". Let us know if we can be of further assistance! Thanks -Ashlyn

Won't let me delete old contact info (phone #, email and mailing address). Other than that, easy to use. Immediate transactions. Great if you live in arural area far from bank. Very convenient. If it werent for this app i would have left BofA years ago becase of their outrageous multitude of service fees. This reduces them. Of course, there is no longer any free personal service (unless applying for a loan, i guess, which you then pay for.)

Hi DJ, I suggest contacting us through the app. Once signed in, select the account you need assistance with and scroll to the very bottom and select Contact Us. From there you are directed to Erica, type Speak to a Specialist, then the issue (ex. Bill Pay) and she will provide you with the appropriate number for assistance. Thanks -Ashlyn

There maybe a glitch in this app, but I recieved no notifications via email. Occasionally I get texts, but it's not working properly.'s been a couple of years now that this app has yet to be fixed to provide notifications on transactions, even though you select them in the app. BOA, you can do better. This really sucks.

In this release, we've made some minor enhancements and bug fixes.

We're always making improvements, so turn on automatic app updates to get the latest. Go to Google Play Store > Menu > Settings > Auto-update apps, and set your preference.
