I own a Google pixel 10 pro XL and since the latest update I cannot scan barcodes on the driver's license which is a requirement as a car salesman at my job. Please help!!!

Constantly have to reset the password. They set it where the program logs you out every 12 hours and when you log back in I get wrong password errors. Just a dumb application but I have to use it for my job.
