Ratings and reviews

The mobile app of Al Hilal Bank is good. One thing I have noticed that their mobile banking and Internet Banking doesn't talk each other, if you set up payee in mobile that will not reflect on internet banking and vice versa. I am sure, this app is soon migrate to their Digital App near future. Rest it's very easy to use, convenient and fast. I am happy to use Al Hilal Services. Thanks keep it up the good work 👍

Best service and experience with an online bank till date. I never had to physically visit a branch yet and still everything i need is always taken care of, especially that they provide phone customer service not like other online banks who only give you chatting option. Also i love the complete control over my cards, like having my card active for shop purchases and ATM withdrawals but disabling online transactions and abroad purchases only. It gives me huge peace of mind.

Poor App. Cant copy your IBAN. Can't copy transaction Numbers. Info is NOT clear. Transfer Money function is missing many useful info. Too many missing functions. Transactions history is not enough. They call you to listen but Nothing Changes. They can be much better. Waiting to close my mortgage to cancel account.
