No doubt this bank is going out of business. This is the worst e-banking app I have ever used. It takes ages to load this app, slower than a dying sloth. Then it continuously shuts me out back to the login step. I can't even name all the changes that should be made to it.
The most worst banking which hasworst customer care service. Whenever I call customer care they speak in hindi but when I say I don't understand n I opted for English they ll say they are going to transfer the call to english but never does that. I waited for 20-30 mins but no response. Pathetic customer service
Worst App for the worst bank. It is damn impossible to even set mpin and login, what the hell woild you do beyond that? Idiotic phone support disconnect call if they are not able to understand or resolve the issue. God save this country from the thugs like these. I dont know how india is progressing despite poor governance.
U should learn from other banks app like sbi icici hdfc and improve it. Most of the tym i am unable to log in to my id due to any server problem
Not able to login,even inserting correct mpin. Unable to reset mpin...trying since last one month & it is showing that "unable to process try again later" I think new year will come first than "try again later"....
