An update that logged you out and change how you login. Way to mess with your customers by eliminating email login. Now I cannot access my account anymore. And what happened if you no longer have access to your number or want to change it? You have to go through ridiculous hoops and you have to physically go to to a specific store, but cannot be any store. Quite ridiculous steps just to change your phone number that is required now to login. What's wrong with email login?

My order was cancelled twice. The first cancellation was understandable because the stock was limited, although I had already paid before it went out of stock. The second cancellation was suspicious. The stock showed more than 3 items available, but my payment kept getting rejected. Suddenly, the payment went through, and then I received two statuses in the app at the same time: “On Process” and “Cancelled.” Unfortunately, both orders took 7–14 days to be refunded, which is quite a long time

aplikasi KONTOL, i used an express delivery option, hoping my package would arrive in 3 days max. it's been 5 DAYS and my package is still nowhere. My daughter's birthday was skipped because of this BANGSAT app. don't ever shop in this app!! it's irritating and infuriating!!
