Welcome to InfraControl, Lysekil municipality's system for reporting errors and comment management!

This app gives you as a user the opportunity to quickly and easily report errors and other comments in our public environment or buildings.

You can exv. report holes in streets, fallen trees, street lighting that does not work, bathing areas and play equipment with deficiencies or trash cans that need to be emptied.

You can also report errors and deficiencies in our municipal business premises.

To each report, you can, if desired, attach a picture to make it easier to identify the defect / error.

Your report is sent directly to our case management system for the fastest possible handling, and you can choose whether you want feedback via SMS or e-mail, and thus follow the progress of the case until it is resolved.
