Hade varit bra om man fick bättre feedback på ett ärende man skickat in. Det enda jag fick efter en månad var ett mail där det stod mitt ärende har behandlats. Jag vill ju gärna veta vad som har åtgärdats om jag felanmält något? Eller om min felanmälan inte godkändes osv.
