Ratings and reviews

Too many bugs. It opens but doesn't go beyond the first page with the logo. It just shows the logo for several minutes and doesn't show the login page. This app was much better and faster before. Reinstalling the app helped. After logging in, it doesn't show the accounts sometimes. To view my accounts, I have to log out and log in 3 times & then it shows the 3rd time

When I try to send money, I select the payee, enter the amount, and submit the payment. At the OTP verification step, the keyboard does not appear, and I'm also unable to paste the OTP. As a result, I cannot complete the transaction. This is a critical issue that prevents me from making payments and has been extremely frustrating. Please resolve it as soon as possible.

Very frustrating. I can't do any money transfer because it requires providing the OTP. And your app doesn't allow my keyboard to appear when the OTP is sent to my phone. Tell me, how is one supposed to enter the OTP if the keyboard gets disabled at that time. There is no auto - read option either. The app was much better and easier before when it was VYOM. Now it's become Union Unease.
