I am a registered user and trying to login in my account. Numerous times it is only giving me to register . Wherein bank employee registered it for me and I was able to use it in the past. Now I don't know what has happened but this app shucks . Have been trying for 10 days . Customer care when you call say send email to different team . Or visit bank. If customer care cannot resolve then why you getting paid. I don't have time to visit bank as I work during that time between 9 to 6:30 and by the time I return bank is closed.
1. Pls provide option of opening and closure of e fd. 2. Ensure tracking of cheque book. 3. TDS enquiry option never works. 4. Mini statement of FD never works. 5. No facility for receiving statement of account in EXCEL or PDF. 6. No facility for requesting statement of FD, RD and other accounts (only allowed for saving and CC accounts) 7. No Option for provisional interest certificate. 8. Not able to pay electricity bill of Maharashtra state.
This is one of the worst bank for Online banking. Why provide an IMPS method when we still have to choose from the beneficiaries? IMPS is Instant Money Transfer and not "wait till we add your beneficiary which takes ages to get approved and sometimes we miss to add it" I am a lazy ass person else I'd have got rid of this bank. Typical sarkaari bank. Worst experience.
Whenever I tried to loging...is show error try again after sometimes. .we are working on it. From last week i am facing this issue. Team please resolve this asap. Worst app ever seen after update never work properly. I Rate this app -5 star...really hate this app. Going to deactivate my account from this bank.
Slowest app i have seen till date. How many times do i need to register. Even after adding a beneficiary m not able to view it. Totally disappointing app. Some serious rectification is required
Approval of beneficiary is complicated as no menu display directly. It has some different options like click on something and it will show approve button.. It is a bad one
