Request couldn't conoleted due to delay from sms aggregator or mobile network unavailable. Please check your mobile network or account balance. I was using this application for long time. Now Im fed up with this error message which im getting when I tried to register with my linked saudi number. Im sad to inform you Indian bank that you may lost overseas customer if you couldnt rectify this issue
This app is an epic failure update with Cif number authentication. If ur not giving customers solution. Ull lose people. I use 2 droid phones. I have my registered mobile number on my other phone. I have the app on other phone. The app is asking me to send sms from same phone where the registered sim card is. So Ru making app for customer convenience or ur own thought of security update. Not only me, u need to respond to all the reviewers. I'm uninstalling this app if there is no update soon.
I stay in Singapore. Uninstalled and reinstalled again but could not register. I couldn't receive any sms . I was using this application to check my account balance and transfer money. After the update the problem started. If they really want the customer from overseas, they must do something for them. I could not do anything from 16th Sep 2017.
This app is much better than indian bank officers at banks. They are very lazy, less informative, scolding customers for no reasons and make customer to visit multiple times for single transaction. It is useful and user friendly app. Bank transaction done at any time. Adding and deleting beneficiaries is very easy. Very secured.
It was an awesome application..the best app comparing other nationalized banking apps. But yesterday I update it and after that I'm trying to use it but it's not working at all. I uninstalled and reinstalled but still they are not able to generate any SMS for my registration. developers please resolve the issue or else it will be a failure like other banking apps. Suggestion for ppl pls don't update it. Stick to old version.
before update the software was working properly and after update its not working. Once open the app white screen only on iphone 6, and i have another NRI a/c on my another android phone its dual sim card phone and that one also not working befor and after update the software. U guys can make a siple user friendly app like other bank. Why u guys making crazy ur bank holders. We r depending the app for easy transactions and if u guys r creating s/w like this u guys will loos... its really bad to tell.
