Still Facing the same error while trying to Login from overseas, even after the latest 3.1.0 Update. "Error - Request Could not be completed as delay from SMS aggregator or mobile operator network unavailable. Please check your mobile network or account balance." Please fix this annoying error. The previous versions have worked flawlessly and it is a shame that this update has made IndPay Unusable for overseas clients.
before update the software was working properly and after update its not working. Once open the app white screen only on iphone 6, and i have another NRI a/c on my another android phone its dual sim card phone and that one also not working befor and after update the software. U guys can make a siple user friendly app like other bank. Why u guys making crazy ur bank holders. We r depending the app for easy transactions and if u guys r creating s/w like this u guys will loos... its really bad to tell.
I stay in Singapore. Uninstalled and reinstalled again but could not register. I couldn't receive any sms . I was using this application to check my account balance and transfer money. After the update the problem started. If they really want the customer from overseas, they must do something for them. I could not do anything from 16th Sep 2017.
Your bank advices people don't tell CIF number and other things, even us.. you said "we don't ask such things( CIF, account num etc)" then why you ask CIF number and account number and send screenshots to your mail id behalf of this app doesn't work properly..The worst app and more importantly your bank employees are too badly behave with illiterate people..F**king your banking services
The old version which I used was very nice but this updated version is very worst version and I tried several times to register but unable to make it. I called customer care service and followed the instructions but still I'm unable to register and wasting of money for every attempt. Till date I have some respect on Indian Bank service but this hopeless updated version might spoil the name I guess. So, kindly update the friendly version to use effectively otherwise most of them will jump to other bank service including me because of useless digital India action.
Now for almost a month I am not able to register. Before that it was working flawlessly. The same error message is thrown. I use Asus Zenfone 2 4GB/64GB with intel processor. I removed the sim and tried on two different devices, Samsung and Asus Zenfone 2 laser with snapdragon 410 processor. It connected instantly. So obviously there is some bug which the Bank needs to fix. I cannot discard my otherwise superb Asus device merely for this app. I would prefer to change my bank instead. What a lousy update...!!
