Activation only takes a moment
You don’t need much to activate the app. Just a Dutch current account at ING, access to My ING and a valid identity document. This can be a passport, an ID card from the EU, an ID card for foreign nationals, a Dutch residence permit or a driver’s license.

For a few months now the app works about 60% of the time. It used to be flawless. But i often have problems logging in now. Then when i close the app it reboots. I've done everything I could, updated uninstall and re-installed, cleared the cache, rebooted my phone etc etc. The app has become buggy and that dienst inspire confidence. It's a shame. I might switch banks because of it. Seeing as all banking is online nowadays having a buggy app is unacceptable.

The app is stable, loads fast and doesn't feel slow. That's great! What I don't like however is that the fingerprint doesn't appear almost half of the times. For many years across multiple phones now. When I press back I want to leave the app, I don't want a nagscreen asking to log out. And lastly, stop with the annoying dumb questions and bad (and I mean terrible) offers. Why would I want to switch to a package that costs money to pay or receive money?! This is a banking app, keep it clean.

Never had problems with the app until the last update. I have to open it around 7 times now to be able to login. The other 6 times it freezes on a black screen. Then when I am finally able to login it decided to close itself so I have to try opening it again. And when closing the app it likes to reboot itself now for some reason... Worst update in ages. From a 5 rating to 1.
