Timing contractions at 3 a.m. is hard enough. Nestwave never covers your screen while you time — no ads, no review requests, no full-screen verdicts during a contraction session.

CONTRACTION TIMER
• One big button in thumb reach: tap when a contraction starts, tap when it ends
• Live "since last contraction" clock
• Average interval, average length and count in the last hour

FOLLOW YOUR CARE TEAM'S RULE
• Choose 5-1-1 (default), 4-1-1 or 3-1-1
• When your pattern gets close, a small dismissible card suggests calling your hospital or midwife
• It never takes over the screen and never tells you what to do

• Missed one? Add a past contraction
• Edit date, time and seconds — every interval is recalculated on save
• Delete with undo
