From the get go the reader was wrong. I kept having to correct her and she kept repeating herself. I had 10 minutes and one topic and she stretched it out for a long time. She kept mentioning we need more time instead of speaking about the topic at hand. I thought it would be great for 10 mins but it wasn't. When I tried to hang up it loaded &charged me and brought me back to her!! I wish I could get my money back but no wordfrom C.S.She is a reader from the UK & having to do with love. Beware.

This used to be a really good app, but unfortunately ever since I had to do an update on it a few months ago I have had major issues! The new version of the app doesn't have everything that the old version has and it's constantly glitching and freezing on me. Very very annoying and I have considered using other psychic apps because of it.

Let's talk about Keen and their, "Play Fair," team. "Play Fair," does NOT play fair. I signed up to be an advisor on Keen back in 2019, and get this: I was having some issues with my account and was going back and forth with Keen's "Play Fair," team to try and get it fixed. Then, I was suddenly unable to log in to my account. I contacted them about this new issue, and it turned out that the, "Play Fair," team decided to permanently delete my account instead of help me resolve my previous issue.
