Stop requiring full login on simply updating the app or develop a better login method. Forced to update app again, at the airport and needing immediate app access, but can't even access it without going through yet another unecesary, forced update and having to remember passwords & login details again. The whole point of an app is to NOT have to constantly log in again with multiple details every single time it is updated. Do better.

Imagine you are running late and need to check something urgently on the app. You open it and are greeted with a bunch of ads and dubious offers you never asked for. Then after having wasted a few precious seconds you try to click on Trips but you can't because some half-witted UI design genius placed the menu buttons so low that they sit right behind the phone navigation buttons. That's how my recent experience with this app has been so far. Not terrible but not great either.

Booked flights through the App and selected PayPal for payment. Payment not processed and now need to rebook through App. Flights can't be booked over the phone as they want to charge more however the cost has already gone up upon rebooking. Poor service Second review. Would have to be one of the worst apps. Virgin is a far better service and an easier system to use. Absolute joke
