Ratings and reviews

Developers need to fix the app. I just cancelled my subscription. I've reached out twice with no helpful support. The links won't load. I keep getting an error every time I click them. I've restarted my phone, deleted the app, redownloaded it, cleared my cache. It still doesn't work. I'm getting a not connected to the Internet error about 60 seconds after click the link. My Internet works fine. Every other app that requires Internet works as it should. I do not use any vpns. Fix the app please.

I got this app because I like watching Inklings on the video there. When I first got the app I was charged $19.99 which for me is expensive. I knew it was for 1 year, but I didn't realize the app would automatically renew without notifying me. My credit card was charged $42.97 (more than double) to renew my subscription. I emailed customer service asking for a refund and that they cancel my subscription. They said they would cancel the subscription, but would not refund my money. BEWARE!!

They automatically renew you and if you try to stop automatic renewal it cancels what you have already purchased for the year.
