I'd like to say I like the app. It seems smooth and simple enough. But, since I can't complete the process, I can't recommend this app or service. It let me customize a card and add pictures, no problem. But at the address screen, the app hangs and didn't proceed. As another note on design, the app allows you to enter the country and state to send the card through a virtual scroll-wheel interface. These have no reason to still be used. Just let us type in the country/state and auto-correct plete if you must.
Has worked beautifully everytime I use it. I no longer worry about forgetting to send cards or sit and dread walking to the post box. It also often works out to be cheaper than buying a really nice card, envelope, and postage. You get to custom make it with your own photos, so it looks like you put major thought into it and it just takes a few minutes to design, complete, and send. Can't/won't complain ☺
Update: worked on ios. Crashed on my Android where i keep my best pics. On Android: Loved making my card but app woudn't let me complete it. Everytime I got to the step where I take a pic of my handwritten note the app crashed. If this part gets fixed I will be a big fan (assuming the printed product is good).
First experience was great and TMobile turned me on. I even added an extra gift. Second time not so much. Concept of cards is great but the gift end has become a scam to get more money from you. Card arrived fine but this time no flowers. Customer service responded once that they were looking into it. Then nothing. Makes it even harder to find out they are in London England. My advice send card if you want but ignore an added gift. I will be looking for another company to do the cards. One in the US!
It's true, this app does tend to crash and time out, BUT if you're on WiFi you shouldn't have an issue. Once I figured this out, I've been a happy customer. I love how they remind you about birthdays/anniversaries in advance so you have to send a card.
I got to the last screen of entering the address to send the card, and a text box said please wait and disappears. There was no confirmation or acknowledgement that it was sent. Screen just stayed the same. After multiple tries, I figured out that this was because it recognized the address as being incorrect even though it was fine. Ended up getting the card in the mail.
