from day one the ap off and on states my battery has a malfunction, and the Ap won't calibrate the scooter. The Scooter works fine and nothing is wrong with it and I have seen in forums this is a persistent issue with the ap. With this in mind, the ap is helpful with all the other functions: light, milage, adjusting brake pressure while in coast and switching modes. Hope in time this ap will improve. Still a great scooter.

Horrible broken app that won't connect to my scooter 9/10 times normally. "Connection failed" I did find a workaround. Start with scooter and app turned off, then start the app, hit "other vehicles", "search vehicles", and THEN turn the scooter on. It will show up on the screen, and then you wanna wait 3 seconds or so before tapping on it so the scooter firmware has time to boot fully. Then it should connect successfully. You have to do this every time. Ugh.
