Innago is flexible for both sides. I greatly enjoy that many aspects can be edited easily, like due dates, payment amount, and what gets reported to credit bureaus. It's a quick and simple couple of clicks within the app every time, bc Innago doesn't put anything in the way to distract the user from the purpose of the app. Login, see bill, payment amount, payment method. the only thing is that now there's Livable and the interest rate looks crazy. It is stated plainly tho

I appreciate how simple it is to navigate and find what I need, whether I need to access my invoices, documents or messages. I can even receive notifications on my phone for important reminders which is very helpful. The customer support has been great when I have had problems with using the wrong bank account, and quickly respond and are very helpful at explaining everything. Signing into the app is way easier now that they have updated it, and it keeps you logged in for longer.

Unreliable at best, unusable at worst. Asks me to sign in every time, bounces me to a website to login with chrome, then returns me to the app. Back button logs you out. Had messages come through without notification. Maintenance request fields are too specific. Charges me a fee to pay rent. It's already annoying to have to use these pointless apps because your landlord mandates it but it's even more so when it doesn't work.
