Intentionally start your day with a positivity and mindfulness practice that takes no more effort than setting an alarm. Starting before you even open your eyes, Rise & Shine tracks enhance your sense of emotional wellbeing, focus, happiness and more.

★ HOW DOES IT WORK? ★
In the first few minutes of each day, just as you wake up, your mind operates at a lower frequency than normal, scientifically named Alpha waves. This is a similar state to that which is achieved during meditation, hypnosis, REM sleep and deep rest.
Rise & Shine has been created by qualified hypnotherapist and experienced practitioner Matt Searle (Dhp), to help you take advantage of your receptive mind state.

★ TRACK SELECTION ★
There are 25 free tracks in the LITE android version, with many more planned for the full version.
Each description explains the track focus and provides an written excerpt from the script to help you choose the right track for you.
A few key words are shown with each track to help describe it - e.g. ‘GENERAL WELLBEING / SMOKING CESSATION’ (in all CAPS) are track categories, and ‘positivity’ is a ‘tag’.
The choice of track is up to you. Each track contains a carefully scripted blend of positive affirmations, guided meditations and simple visualisation techniques, designed to suit your goals.
★ A NEW WAY TO WAKE UP ★
Starting as you sleep, gentle wake-up sounds begin to play. Some tracks have some soft sound effects like bird-song or waves upon a beach.
The volume gradually increases, with your narrator softly speaking your chosen track, over uplifting music created specifically for the Rise & Shine app.
The spoken words and background music weave together smoothly to match the transition of your own mind as it slowly leaves sleep and reaches your waking state. This avoids the unpleasant 'sharp shock' experience of a traditional alarm clock, which can leave you feeling alarmed and unhappy.
Instead, you can now choose to start your day feeling both calm and clear, while invoking beneficial feelings of wellbeing that stay with you throughout your day.
★ DETAILS ★
Rise & Shine track lengths vary from around 5 to 20 minutes, ending at your wake-up time.
Visualisation techniques and metaphors are embedded in the stories and scripts, which have all been created by qualified hypnotherapist and experienced practitioner Matt Searle (Dhp).
With mindfulness practices at their core, the wake up messages - spoken by both male and female narrators - serve to gently help you start each day feeling positively amazing, realising your full potential and even superseding your own expectations.
We recommend that you listen to the tracks as you wake up, not before - in order to achieve the maximum effect for you.
Each track ends with the words ‘Rise & Shine’ - and a moment of quiet, before crystal clear chimes, ensuring you wake up fully. However, heavy sleepers, or people experiencing difficulty getting out of bed, may wish to use a ‘back up’ alarm clock too.
