Under android version 6.0 : upgrade version and withrdraw permisson and delete application

Ratings and reviews

When I first downloaded the app it worked just fine, but it got worse after the recent update - I can't even open it anymore, I keep getting the error message "Network Error Failed to connect" (but there's nothing wrong with my network, I can access everything else) - I've tried uninstalling & installing again but it still doesn't work, it has been days.

Unable to sign in. Even after re-set the new password (temporary password was auto assigned and sent to my email), error message prompted 'Login Restriction'. After 30 mins, the Login ID supposed to be unblocked but still unable to login. I've been trying to install-uninstall the apps more than 5 times! Please fix this issue urgently!!
