For over 1 month I have been unable to activate any boosts or cash in on the chests ....I get a black screen for 12 seconds then a pop up message stating "there are no videos to watch...come back later" problem is when I come back later...it still doesn't work...I expressed my dilemma to customer service. Very poor customer service their excuse is "we have no control over the ads ...I'll pass it along". No assistance at all just excuses! I'm done with this game I'm deleting it and moving on!

Now that there are ads, there's no need to keep using the app. No one considered that this cuts into data time from phone service internet plans. I'd buy more if the value was worth it, but everything cost even more "diamonds" now, and fewer are available for the price. You have to share the purchase between two cities, just not worth it! I watched an ad but it didn't yield the promised "reward"! Lately, it shows "no ad available", so no reward. "Support" can never find a problem, why bother.

It was fine at first but the ads are really long and are screwing up the game play because I have to keep restarting the game over and over. It has become tedious, also the last few events I haven't been able to get a maxed out building which is extremely frustrating after the amount of effort having been put in. I'm assuming they're trying to make you buy diamonds to complete the buildings. I haven't been able to do it
