Transcripts are always wrong and never even close to what it actually says. Also it says 180/180 minutes is what I have used in the basic plan but it's really only been 11 minutes and 24 seconds that I actually used. app is useless. my phone already has an audio recorder I don't need a new one that doesn't work right. waste of time for what I needed it for.

Free version is too limited. I should have explored it more before I used it for something serious. After recording an hour-long meeting, I discovered that the free version only gives you the first 8 minutes of transcripts. (Transcription was my entire purpose in using the app.) I would even have been willing to pay for one month to try it out, but you can only pay for a year at a time. I'm deleting this app and going back to my old one.

Not great. It trys to identify different people speaking. You are given the option to change speakers names but good luck with tha. As soon as you edit. The text box disappears and all you can do is prepend. Very frustrating. Also it seems to struggle with speakers thinking that one person is actually many different people. If you were to pay for the full version it's way way over priced. I'm not sure why anyone would pay the full price for this.
