Stable first version. IFTTT integration is missing. Menu does not automatically close when menu item is tapped. Update: menu issue is fixed, still no IFTTT. Bulbs to to full brightness when the light warmth (in K) is changed. Please fix this!
There's so many things horribly wrong with these bulbs that I don't even know where to begin with my complaints. In the future with better updates they might have a good product but for now they're pretty much garbage and a waist of money. I'm truly disappointed in this product.
So you can't use your phone as a proximity device now? You're kidding right ? What an epic waste of money, not to mention the malware on one of my bulbs. And now scheduling stopped working ...So disappointed in this
Lots of potential. Although not all features are available yet, the hardware does work great which should make for an easy transition to improvement through development of the app. Getting the bulbs themselves was a struggle but I'm hopeful that software upgrades will drastically improve the niggles and automaton promised
Hardware is decent but the app is just frustrating to use. Some features that I thought were basic were not even in there. Can't even dim groups of bulbs together not change groups of colors. Scheduling of bulbs only makes bulbs go to full brightness, making it unusable for some cases. Somehow my bulbs keeps reverting back to its old room configuration despite changing rooms. I have switched the qube back to my original Philips Hue bulbs for now until they can update the app to fix all these issues.
Very annoyed that the programmable option does not include a brightness setting. I got this to use as a daylight alarm but it just comes on suddenly at full brightness. Even if it had a brightness setting I could set many steps to increment brightness. App needs a lot of work and is confusing.
