The idea of this product is great! However, in trying it out with some friends we found that the app needs some work. On my Samsung Galaxy S7 it worked when I first downloaded the app then would not reopen later. It worked better on my friends iphone, but it still froze after some time using it. The iPhone gets 60 sec. recording time and Android only gets 45 sec? I am hoping for some definite improvement because I would love for this product to work! I have so many ideas for ways to use it.

Useless. Got a sample pack installed the app. Worked great let me add a video and link to a sticker. Have not used in months tried to do it again I scan the QR videctryvro upload my video and it says I have exceeded my limit with only having ONE thirty second video ever uploaded. Tried to go in my stuff to see what is going on and it just wants me to create a shopping wish list.

The videos do not download properly. I reached out to company & was told there is a problem with android app. I was assured the issue would be resolved. After weeks of waiting & several emails asking for an update, I am still unable to attach videos properly. Very dissatisfied with product & support.
