Ratings and reviews

Needs a lot more work for their app because it's quite buggy, and you sometimes have to log into their website, which isn't very mobile-friendly on computers. Especially when you pay for something and then it goes into the basket, the app can't see it; that means you have to log into the website. It's a pain when you're in a rush and you need to book it as soon as possible, and then it does that. It should be redesigned in a different format, and you can do that very easily with AI

useless. have to use it to open entrance barriers and takes maybe 5 minutes to load while you're just stood there waiting. incredibly hard to cancel or amend bookings. if you try it makes you log in to the app you're already logged in on?? password reset doesn't work which is infuriating if trying to login at the centre because the app entrance didn't work and you have to rebook (common occurrence)

This app is riddled with extremely frustrating bugs. The alphabetical order on the lesson cancellation form doesn't even sort itself consistently, and ALSO forces you to scroll through 100+ centres and libraries. For God's sake please hire someone to do QA on your platform.
