compared to the Danish app, the US version has 5% of the function and perks. I have both versions and I find the Danish one much more interactive, useful, and helpful. there are several options to control your account with or without technical assistance. there's even an email and phone option to contact a representative in non-emergency situations. the interface of the US app is clunky. there are no tracking stats, programs, challenges, trophies, or collaborative functions to use with friends

This is one of the worst apps I've ever used. Makes me want to choose another gym - only chose PureGym for myself to support a family member, and it's the closest to home. The app requested personal info for "partners" multiple times, required logging in multiples times, selecting local gym multiple times, and that's all before getting a membership - - there's no obvious way in the on-boarding for signing-up for a membership! You have to dig for it. There's no excuse for this in 2026.

This app has the potential to be so much more. As a member, I would like to see gym or home workout videos posted here and health information in regard to fitness, wellness and lifestyle tips like other gym apps I've seen before. Tips for a beginner might also be helpful in those who just started for the new year. Last week, there was a glitch where I couldn't see the busy meter for my gym, which was inconvenient. I like to go when the gym is not super busy. I would like to see updates.
