useless. I've known many Devs who make better apps than this. I've not coded in years and I could make a more functional app than this. It's appalling. Takes an hour to load, you try to book classes that have "spaces available" and then go to book and it says it's full or you get to payment page and it's refused. This app is a dump and the gym staff don't let you book in person. What's the point of a membership if you can't use it???

Confusing and buggy. You can check your account and get your membership number no bother but when you then want to book something out there you that you're not logged in. When you eventually log in and try to book anything that requires a payment it wont let you, so you end up phoning the place and booking it by phone anyway.

This app used to be very useful but now seems to have stopped working. Unable to book classes or check timetables. May 2025. This app doesn't work at all now and just directs me to a blank page. Unable to renew my membership while overseas. Pretty poor and will probably cause people to look elsewhere for gym memberships.
