Every training in Self-growth trainings app is developed by Professor Júlia Halamová and team from the Institute of Applied Psychology at Faculty of Social and Economic Sciences at Comenius University, based on years of of psychotherapy experience and long-term psychological research.

What Choose Self-growth trainings?
Designed by experts using the latest scientific research and tested through real-world studies.
One app, many programs – within one free app, you can progressively grow in different areas.
You can do exercises anytime, anywhere during the day, when you have the space and time.
Choose your own journey – start with any topic, complete one or several, in any order. Each program focuses on a different area of self-development.

How it works
1. Choose a topic that fits your current needs.
2. Complete the initial self-assessment.
3. Receive one daily task, available from midnight.
4. Spend around 15 minutes per day on the exercise.
5. Complete 14 exercises over 14 days.
6. Take a final assessment to track your progress
7. Continue with another topic of your choice.
8. Return regularly as new, research-tested programs are added.

Completely Free, Backed by Research
The Self-growth trainings app has been developed as part of several research projects and has been funded by grants. Thanks to this, the app is available to you completely free of charge. All self-development tasks and topics are developed based on the latest research in evidence-based treatments from the fields of emotion-focused therapy, positive psychology, emotions, neuroscience and other approaches. They were designed by Professor Júlia Halamová from the Institute of Applied Psychology at Faculty of Social and Economic Sciences at Comenius University as part of the research grant VEGA 1/0578/15, VEGA 1/0075/19, VEGA 1/0054/24 a the EU NextGenerationEU through the Recovery and Resilience Plan for Slovakia under the project No. 09I03-03-V04-00258. By using the app, you are also supporting rigorous international psychological research.
